Discover Mae Phim Beach

Mae Phim Beach, located in the Rayong Province, is an authentic holiday resort on the east coast of Thailand. Only two hours from Bangkok International Airport, Mae Phim has grown from a sleepy fishing village into a second home destination for many Westerners. However, Thais have also discovered that this area is perfect for their holiday homes or a weekend away, which is not surprising because Mae Phim is known for its natural beauty, white sandy beaches and many seafood restaurants.

Mae Phim is located on a 4.3 km long beach. The sand is fine and white. The water clear and clean. Without high waves and strong currents, it is so safe to swim. There are tropical islands just off the coast, whilst inland there are many interesting temple complexes, exciting waterfalls, caves and mangrove lagoons.

Two hours from the airport

Mae Phim is conveniently situated as a centre point between many amazing nearby sites and attractions. For example, it is only a two-hour drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport to Mae Phim. Also, within the same travel time you could be on the ferry to Koh Chang or standing in front of the border with Cambodia on the way to the mysterious ancient site of Angkor Wat.
